We believe every person—regardless of background—deserves access to the knowledge, resources, and opportunities that lead to lasting financial success. FEM is dedicated to bridging the wealth gap by equipping individuals, families, and small businesses with the tools, resources, and knowledge to achieve financial independence.

Founded in 2008, FEM focuses on improving socio-economic conditions, reducing poverty, and addressing inequality in low-income and underserved communities through programs in financial literacy, entrepreneurship, affordable housing and wealth-building

Also, FEM provides Fiscal Sponsorship and Grant Administration Services to nonprofit and community-based organizations that align with our mission of financial empowerment, entrepreneurship, housing stability, and economic development.

Through a structured and compliant model, FEM supports organizations in accessing charitable funding while ensuring responsible stewardship, transparency, and adherence to IRS regulations.

In addition. FEM is a community-based nonprofit organization committed to the development, preservation, and stabilization of affordable housing in underserved communities.

As an affordable housing nonprofit developer, FEM advances projects that combine housing stability, economic opportunity, and wealth-building, ensuring that families are not only housed—but positioned to thrive.
